Refund policy

Online Purchases 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mnbonline.com.my. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lot 1-34, Level 1, Berjaya Times Square, No. 1, Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide free return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In-Store Purchases

Effective for all purchases made in M&B physical stores only.

Returns

  • Requests must be made within 3 days from the invoice date, with the original receipt.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

  • Without proof of purchase, returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 3 days from the invoice date, with the original receipt.
  • Exchanges can only be made at the same store where the item was purchased. 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, with tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • No exchanges for items purchased during clearance, special offers, or “best buy” sales.

  • Each item is eligible for one-time exchange only.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal or higher value (additional payment required if higher).

  • If the new item is of lower value, no cash or credit refund will be given.
