We currently use DHL eCommerce as our delivery partner to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Order Processing

• Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process and pack your order before dispatch.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  
  

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

• West Malaysia: 2–4 working days

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 working days

• During peak seasons (Raya, 11.11, 12.12, etc.), delivery may take slightly longer.
  
  

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel directly through the Shopee Express tracking page.
