Introduction

mnbonline.com.my (the "Website") is operated by M&B, Megan Valley Sdn. Bhd. of Lot 1-34, Level 1, Berjaya Times Square, No. 1, Jalan Imbi, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“M&B”). If you place an order through this Website, in which the order is accepted, a sale contract will be executed between you and M&B and will be governed by these Terms and Conditions below. 

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must always provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so is a violation of the Terms, and your account on our Service may be terminated immediately. Whether your password is with our Provider or a third-party service, you are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or acts carried out under your password. You agree not to share your password with anybody else. If you become aware of a security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately.

Links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or managed by M&B may appear on our Service. M&B has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, any third-party websites or services, including their content, privacy policies, or practices. You further understand and agree that M&B will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such material, products, or services accessible on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly encourage you to read the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you use.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service at any time, without warning or responsibility, for any reason, including but not limited to if you violate the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, such as ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limits, shall survive termination. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without warning or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to if you violate the Terms. Your right to use the Service will be terminated immediately upon termination. You can simply stop using the Service if you want to close your account. All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, such as ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limits, shall survive termination.

Delivery 

We will deliver the products to the address given by you. We are able to deliver to a home or office address or a carrier pickup location. If the result of delivery turns out to be unsuccessful, you agree that the carrier that M&B has made a contract with may deliver to a nearby address, after which M&B has done its part to have met the requirements to deliver the products. In the case the product is delivered, the carrier will notify you of the delivery to the nearby address. 

Shipment of orders will only be in progress on business days, excluding a public holiday in the area in which our location is located. Therefore, please, keep in mind any public holidays including any national and/or regional holidays in your country of residence. 

Damaged or defective products 

Products at M&B are always aimed to be made at the highest quality possible, We test our products in real life to make sure that they are durable for the conditions they are made for. It is uncommon that our products are damaged or defective. Defective products are to be finely checked at the M&B Office and refunded if it is due to the manufacturing process of the product. In this case, we will take full responsibility for the situation and fully refund the damaged/defective product. 

If the damage was caused by other reasons than the manufacturing process, the product is no longer refundable. We do not refund product if:

- Damaged by the misuse of the product
- Product from a different brand 
- Damaged by abuse 

It is due to the activities of the individual that determines the life expectancy of the product. Activities such as the wear patterns of the user and the conditions of use will affect the life expectancy of the product. We will no longer take responsibility for the products damaged by the normal wear of the individual and the product will not be replaced. 

Amendments to M&B terms and conditions 

We have the right to make occasional changed to the Terms and Conditions at our will. The purchase agreement made on this website will be subject to the Terms and Conditions at the time in which the user has made the order through the use of this website. 

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any of these Terms' rights or provisions will not be construed as a waiver of those rights. If a court rules that any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms represent our whole agreement with respect to our Service, and they override and replace any prior agreements we may have had concerning Service Changes.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If the modification is a major change, we will endeavor to give you at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. We shall decide what constitutes a material change at our sole discretion. You agree to be bound by the updated terms if you continue to access or use our Service after they become effective. Please cease using the Service if you do not agree to the revised conditions.
